Our story

Kathleen Cutler brings over 15 years of expertise in the luxury business world, with a distinguished career in the fine jewelry industry. She has been recognized by top publications including Rapaport and Instore Magazine, and has spoken on numerous platforms as a thought leader in relationship-first sales strategy. Known for her forward-thinking approach, Kathleen has helped redefine how high-value clients are served through personalized, trust-driven experiences.

Today, Kathleen and her husband co-own Golden Hour Capital Group, a modern real estate and investment firm focused on acquiring, developing, and managing thoughtful properties—from boutique furnished rentals and beyond. Their mission is to create spaces that feel as good as they perform, blending design, comfort, and long-term value.

James Cutler

Our story

James Cutler began his career restoring antique barns and historic homes in New England with a Colonial-era restoration company, where he developed a deep respect for craftsmanship, heritage materials, and architectural integrity. His early work with reclaimed lumber and period-accurate restoration laid the foundation for his lifelong passion for building and design.

That hands-on approach still guides his work today. James continues to be deeply involved in the physical elements of property development, often lending his own tools—and time—to the spaces he and Kathleen create. He personally crafted a custom handmade entry door for their Lions Bridge property, infusing it with the same blend of purpose and beauty that defines their work.

In addition to his carpentry and real estate experience, James brings over a decade of expertise in web development and currently serves as a Senior Web Developer for a leading tech firm. At Golden Hour Capital Group, he blends timeless design values with modern systems thinking, helping to guide projects that are both built to last and ready to scale.
